Chicago Real Estate Photography – FAQs

What services does Chicago Real Estate Photography provide?

We offer a broad range of world-class services including architectural photography, aerial drone photography, cinematic videography, social media Reels and brand content, floor plans, 3D tours, FPV drone tours, and much more. Visit our services page to view a complete list of what we offer.

Our booking process is designed to be seamless and thoughtful, maximizing efficiency and simplicity. Book an order in our online portal and select all of the services you’d like, select a preferred date & time, and we’ll get back to you shortly locking in your shoot. We require a 50% up-front payment to secure the shoot date.

Rescheduling and postponement happens often in our line of work, and we are very flexible and work with our clients to ensure a seamless process from start to finish. Reschedulings for things like bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances are acceptable at no cost up to 2 hours prior to the shoot. A cancellation for an unknown reason must happen 24 hours prior to the shoot date.
For maximum efficiency and to ensure the highest quality content, we prefer to shoot with just our team on-site. Our client is welcome to be there, but if there are workers, landscapers, stagers, etc., present, we will reschedule the shoot on-site and an additional charge will be added to the order.
For standard, essential, and premium packages, turnaround time generally ranges between 24-48 hours for most of the content. For signature and individually tailored shoots, turnaround is typically 3-4 days. Turnaround times vary depending on size of the home and scale of the project.
At Chicago REP, we retain ownership of all of the content captured, including the final delivered product(s). The Client is granted the right to use the marketing materials, licensed from Chicago REP. More about our licensing terms and conditions can be made available upon request.
